Engagement Proposal in Charleston ideas

Hi,

I am thinking about proposing to my girlfriend this Christmas. I live in Charleston and I am stumped on an idea of where to ask her. I would like to it in a somewhat private place that isnt very expensive. Im not a cheapskate, I just spent almost all I have on the ring. Does anyone know of a balcony or really awesome room or even a kind of random place where I could do this?

I don't know how much money you have...but there is this really great company in town called Vintage Chariots. They have a vintage Bentley and my fiance hired them to take us out on the battery and propose to me...it was SOO special!
