Any man that gets someone else to go to the school board to do his bidding is not only weak, he is a coward. He spreads rumors that are not true...leave that to the women Whitey. He goes around town with diarhea of the mouth, filling shallow minds with untruths. Heck...as manipulative as he is he should run for mayor. The saddest part of it all is that there are actually people so stupid they believe him. But then again...he is a great 7-on-7 coach!!! OR NOT!!! I agree, out with the guys that do it for a living, in with someone who knows nothing about the game. That should win some state titles. WHITEY MCDANIEL FOR MAYOR!!!! WHO'S WITH ME? Wow, I didn't know I was so popular. I didn't know about this site until last night when I was informed that I was getting bashed. I have never said a thing about Mrs. Grubbs. If everyone would spend as much energy on doing their job as they spend on worrying what Whitey thinks, we would probably all be better off. Am I happy with what goes on with our school, NO. If you want to know my OPINION all you have to do is ask. I will tell you. As for 7 on 7, Joey Greene and myself spent almost $800.00 of our own money this past summer. We did not have a kid of our own or any relatives playing. We did it because we care.I would have liked to have seen more support from our coaches, but we did just fine. All of these people who post on this site or other sites must not pay attention to what I do for the kids of this community. Let's see: I was at every varsity football game taking pictures to give(free) to the players and to post on the school website when I was not cooking hamburgers for the concession stand. I was at every jh and jv game that work allowed me to attend. I went to volleyball games in and out of town. I was at regional cross country in Lubbock to see our boys run. I attend every event possible and see and hear a lot of things good and bad and I will usually have a comment or 2, but I was there and didn't get my info 2nd hand. Every game that I attend, I see numerous families get up and leave when their child is finished and then later complain about the lack of support from our community. I am not a Kermit native, but chose to live her and raise my family here. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make Kermit a better place for the kids. If you know me so well, then you know you can ask my opinion. You just might not like what you hear.

Townsend thinks because he went to school and is coaching for a living he knows how to coach hell the smart one is grubbs he comes in and schedules 1A schools to make his record look good by the way why are you known as "miller" to all the football players
