The federal government should NOT involved with assisting the Indian Tribe with funds. The tribe has plenty of DAILY VISITORS that pay to see this attraction. The tribe should be required to pay to Mohave County money for repair of the roads going to the Skywalk. Pierce Ferry needs a lot of road work.
As you have heard the Tribe stiffed the builder of the Skywalk and the Ranch Owner too.
WE DON'T NEED FUNDING FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR THEM.
