Also, when Angel Delgadillo was in school in Pasadena, the school was located at the current PCC, also on 66. Angel never really left "home" it would seem!

The Dinesphere in Yucca, Az. was built by a company as an attraction for their subdivision, named Lake Havasu Estates. They used Lake Havasu City as the same property as theirs. It was a land fraud deal. They recruited buyers from the east, sight unseen, with this false claim saying they could buy a mortgage on a lot with interest of 15%. It was a no fail plan. If the purported owner of the property failed to keep up the mortgage payments, the mortgagee with get the property. No utilities were put in so all that existed was a piece of dry desert land and the company took their money and left. There seems to be some activity there now but I have no knowledge of what it is. Any realtor could fill you in if you so desire it.

We own property in Lake Havasu Estates and love it! Sure no utilities, but no bills either! We haul our water, use solar, and have all the amenities! TV, internet, phone. What more could you want?

What company did you use to install your solar? I am going solar myself and am new to this solar thing, I think everyone should use solar if they can...Thanks

I was driving back home to California on interstate 40 when I noticed the golfball shaped building. I love to look at strange shit so I pulled into the parking lot to inquire about this funky a** golfball in the middle of the desert. When I walked in the man behind the counter reeked of beer and cigarettes. I asked what Area 66 was and he told me that they were turning it into a museum but that colored folk such as myself weren't welcome. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that a white boy in yucca would be a racist coward and a drunk. I will never go back after the way I was treated.
You are one sad pathetic little troll.

Are you really that gullible as to believe a post by a troll calling himself Ray Charles with an IP listing the United States? Sue sure had you pegged, sitting behind your computer making judgements on people you've never met. Please follow through on your promise though. They don't need your business and our section of the highway will be a lot safer for it.

I am one of the owners of Area 66 and the comment made by "Ray Charles" is completely untrue and libelous. I have contacted the moderator of the topix forum to have it removed. At no time is any employee of mine drunk and reeking of cigarettes (I personally do not smoke nor drink) nor is any employee of mine racist. People should exercise critical thinking skills when reading these posts rather than blindly believing everything they see.
