If an Environmental Group wanted to save the dam you can bet the judge would stop the work. It is also funny that the press first tries to discredit the attorney by calling him a TEA PARTY activist.
How many stories are ever written about the pot smoking dread lock wearing activists that burn family businesses or homes under construction? Usually they butter up the readers about how the radicals are defenders of nature and freedom.
The dam is not the issue. The issue is how much the county can milk out of the 5.6 million and put it into other funds without spending it on dam removal. The money is being spent without accountability to the public. Call for an audit of all expenditures from the 5.6 million and see where it all goes. You can bet there will be some pet projects funded out of this DAM MONEY.
