Where can I get married??

I am looking for a nice, cheap (hence the cheap part) place to have a small wedding and reception in the east valley. I am not talking about places like Shenendoah Mill, Ashley Manor, etc.. I mean like under $500.

Some places I loved were Discovery Park in Gilbert (but Gilbert is the only city that doesn't allow an alcohol permit, and I want champagne) and the clubhouse at Power Ranch (but you have to be a Power Ranch resident, and I am not).

Any pretty parks or other facility suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

How about a daytime event at Dos Gringos ? They would probably cut you a deal.
