Two dogs were taken by animal control off of Weaver lane on Saturday after they attacked a local resident. The resident, who asked that his name not be disclosed, reported that he was walking his two dogs on leashes along Weaver lane when a small black and a yellow dog came bounding viciously after him and his dogs at the intersection of Weaver Lane and Clay Bank Road. His efforts to retreat to his property on Weaver lane were unsuccessful, and the attacking dogs bit him in multiple locations. Animal control reports that Clay Bank Road is the border for a 'leash law' area where dogs are required by law to be controlled. The vicious attack is reported to have started in the leash law area and continued to the victim's residence. Another neighbor, who also asked to remain anonymous, reported that the dogs have been at large in the leash law area on multiple occasions over the last few months, and that the owner admits to a mental deficiency impairing his thinking and memory. The malicious dogs will be held by animal control indefinitely.

Interesting, that's at the corner near my house. Sounds like two dogs I have been familiar with in the past. Well, i'm glad the dogs are gone, if it's who I think it is, he couldn't take care of them anyway. Hopefully they will get a better home.

Well the man and his dogs definitely got attacked, and not by a windmill. Why so confrontational, Clown? Was it your dogs?

Hey doc, the dogs don't even belong to the gentalmen you mentioned and you should be ashamed of making fun of his mental deficiencys, the man you are referring to had a good job , two children and a happy home until he had a brain ansersyem and then two strokes after that, wife left him and the children and he has tried to take care of them and keep his house and do the best he can. The other neighbors in the neighborhood have helped him everyway they can but yet you live so close and claim to try and be something you are not and have not done anything but make fun of him, yep great neighbor you are!

He is just a LITTLE man and a wanna be,who has never been, and never will be. Only way he can feel big, is to make fun of others or threaten another with his gun.

Interesting. All I said was that I hoped the dogs got a better home....now I was making fun of some mental deficiency? See, this is how you make yourself look bad. You don't tell the truth and it shows.

Given her proximity I would guess she knows all about me. Given you steady stream of comments I don't think she likes you any more than we do...and no one likes a tattle tale. Shifting the focus doesn't solve anything, it just delays the inevitable outcome.

You never said you hoped the dogs got a better home, what you said was they would be held by animal control indefentialy, and that the owner admitted to having a mental deficiency and memory problems. Now on to the real facts, the dogs did not belong to the gentleman you felt the need to bring in to this (looks like to me you are the one with the mental deficiency and memory problems). The dogs belong to the lady in the brick house and she was given several tickets and animal control took the dogs. It really was a bad thing that happened to the man with the dalmations , and the dogs that attacked him needed to go to better homes if possible, what I am doing here is trying to show you that you tend to state things as facts when actually you don't know the facts and should keep your mouth shut.

Thanks doc for taking my advice and keeping your mouth shut, I knew that when I took your twisted version and replaced it with the actual facts you would shut up!

Still trying to find where Doc said anything other than he hoped the dogs would get a better home. Yes it is a bad thing that happened to the man, but he is not the only one who has been bitten in the neighborhood. Sad that the owners keep denying that their dogs bit other people. The owners of two black dogs in the neighborhood purposefully let their dogs out to harass people who came to the landing. They were quite successful at keeping people from the landing. Interesting how noone used the landing until the dogs were contained.

Funny thing I have been to the landing many times and played with the two black dogs you mentioned, never felt harrassed by them. Fast forward to you buying the property adjacent to the landing, you put up your stupid cameras pointing right at the landing and small beach so you could take pic. of anyone who was there, then you ride out on your four wheeler and ask people what they are doing there and try and make them feel like they are trespassing on your property, when they don't leave you just keep coming back until you make them uncomfortable enough they do, that is when I felt harrassed.

Your experience is not typical. The next person the dog bites, or the next car that is damaged by it jumping up upon it, the owners will need to appropriately compensate the victims, as will the Condreys one day be compensating the good doctor for their lies.
