Police are continuing to investigate the case of a city woman who has not been seen and hasn't contacted her family for the past two weeks.

One would think that her car would be easy to spot if she were using it!

Her family gives no indication that anything in her life had changed dramatically,or that she was acting out of normal character prior to her disappearance!

Word is that she is actually in CT and didn't want to contact family. Again she is an adult and free to come and go as she pleases. I agree that is would/should worry the family (as I would be if it was my family member) however in the eyes of the police she is not really a missing person. My hopes for the family is that she is safe and returns home so the family can rest.

I agree she should should at least contact family and let them know she's ok. I don't understand why "something is up" because she was going to go to Salem for Halloween. I've been there for Halloween. They have a huge celebration at that time that's lots of fun. It's like Mardi Gras in New Orleans. But, I hope, as another poster has offered, that she really is in CT and is safe.

If you have information about Brendas whereabouts, please contact ppd. If she doesn't want to contact 1 of us, at least have her send word that she is safe. We can respect her privacy but for her mothers sake we just want to know she is ok. Thank you

I hope that no one ever has to go through what this family is dealing with. Do not judge until you have walked a mile in my shoes. Sleepless nights, searching everywhere imaginable, praying for a miracle, all part of dealing w/a lost family member! If anyone knows anything, let the police know and if you know where she is, please tell her that we will never stop looking and to have the decency to let someone know she is okay!!

Is she in Connecticut? She should contact her family. I am praying for her & her family.
