I hope nothing like an experience in the Minden, Nevada Probate Court. County administrator refused to investigate and denies families medical records who question the demise of a loved one, douglas county detectives protect caregivers who try to steal the estates of the deceased from family members, judges that refuse the questions and issues orders to prevent loved ones of deceased from investigating death of loved ones. Did no autopsy on deceased after death. Have you experienced anything like this situation in the Salem, Oregon probate court??? Please post your story

How is it that any one father or maother can jusst walk into a court house and say my child is in danger and remove custody from me and I am not even notified about the matter until the next day bu a constable.

hello, I had the sme situation happen to me in Salem probate court.I have not seen my children in over a year! The grandparents made statements about me, none of which were true or proved. I found out when the grandfather told me on the phone, also. Went to courthouse next day, only to find out it was infact TRUE!!!! How can they do this? I had a simular situation happen in the Cambridge Probate & Family Court. Its taken 5 yrs to get custody of my son back(then 3;now 8)His father is WEALTHY & hired an atterney from a prestigious Boston Law Firm & unfortunately for me I don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of & atterny I spoke with wanted a $2500.00 retainer. In Probate Court you do NOT get a court appointed lawyer!!!(like most people think) I got screwed pretty much everytime I went to court. I filed motion after motion & slowly I got supervised visits then unspervised a yr later then 1 overnight a month to everyother weekend & school vaca.s I went to court every 90 days over & over. I was held accountable for all kinds of legal documents that the courts required for all the proceedings with date deadlines. Which is/was outrageous to expect someone with NO legal education responsable for!!! And it was the MOST PAINFUL experience of my life. Living it over & over every 90days (sometimes more than that) was like a never ending nightmare! The Probate Court System is a disgrace!! I don't know how they get away with half the B.S. that they do.

Maybe you need to self-examine yourself. How many of your children have been taken away? Maybe you have a blueprint of deceitfulness to everyone including the court system. You have become a joke to the cities and towns of your residency. You are a embarrassment to courteous, respectable parents and a shame to motherhood.

the people that are being not so nice to the lynn women, well she is right I have a 12 year old son that i have raised myself and the father was not in his life till 10, this year he went to court with a emer order and they removed my son from my house with no proff of anything ,I CANT TELL YOU PEOPLE HOW MY LIFE HAS BEEN EXCEPT ITS HELL, i am a great mom involved with all his sports and have my degree in animal science. the court system DOES NOT CARE ABOUT MY OR YOUR KIDS ,my son now is very sad ,has no friends and does nothing but eat and hang out with a 70 year old women, the father is not there for him in the moring or at night ,,I wish that that was someone in the court system that just had a heart ,,,but no one does ,,mean people

I find your response to be extremely inappropriate. I am unsure of who it is directed at however unless your are a part of the issue itself you should not judge someone on such a sensitive matter. People lie and do hurtful things and sometimes they use thier children against them and then a pattern develops becuase the next person catches on to the last person. I live in Florida and my 6 year old daughter lives in New Hampshire. I call her everyday and shes always excited when she gets on the phone and that makes my day. A few weeks ago her mom asked if I could write her letters because shes starting to read pretty good and she gets a thrill out of getting letters. So I would still call her and write her once a week. Well two days ago her mom calls me and says to stop calling cause she doesn't want to talk to you anymore. I know thats not true. I called Salem Probate to see if there was any action I could take. They said I would have to go to Salem Probate to fill out papers to be able to contact my daughter. Because of the economy I am now unemployed and can't afford to go back to Mass. Does anyone know any action I can take to be able to talk to my daughter again. Thank You.

Hello, I want to post on my mama's comment. She is right no one should have ever taken me from her especially the cruel judge who is now a Christian. I have gone by the name my birthfather gave me for 23 years after he kidnapped and then the judge gave custody of me to those who kidnapped me. I want my birthname back and would like mama to give it back to me. I love mama. Sometimes I am afraid of her because I do not know what to except because I have been so hurt. I also know she is a woman anointed woman of God. She has been through some pretty horrendous experiences. She prayed for 23 years that she would have the real me back in her life. So, I want to just say trust God in all circumstances.

Think back to Arizona, the credit cards.. the doctors ...the fake id's the money in your daughters trust fund from her deceased father, a praised Lynn MA cop, god rest his soul. you are a very sad case. God Bless your children may they find happy stable loving homes and some day be able to forgive and forget you and the torment and heartache you've caused them.
