After many years of doing business with Matthew, he totally stiffed me last year. I couldn't get any response after no less than 10 calls (it was an amended refund) and after then promising me TO MY FACE that he would refund my money, he kept it. After going to another accountant, it turned out he was way off in the beginning, and there was no need for amending it if it had been done properly. Two thumbs down.

After many years myself of doing business with Matthew,I find it very hard to believe he would stiff anyone!Being a very busy man he sometimes takes till the next morning to return my calls, but always does.I'm sure there must be another side to that story.I would surely take Matthew's word on anything,especially business.
