How amazing would it have been if he walked into a room of thousands of victims instead of only 5 or 6....yes, he got a book with all of their names in it, but imagine the effect of seeing all of those faces before him.

And how amazing would it have been to have all of the bishops in that same room, seeing the Popes compassion for the victims. Maybe they would have learned something about how to handle the aftermath of their coverups.
