Police Nab Man Suspected of Several Residential Burglaries

my town Hickory had 22 day time break in's till they cough the scum,at least now my house now has all 4 sides covered now with cameras and motion flood lights and also an alarm now,also put up a good bit of alarm sinage so they pick easier target, do some work don't be the target....

What type of house cameras did you get and from hwere? i'm looking to get some on my house!! i want to get an ADT alarm as well to prevent this! it's happening all over!

i researched systems, and went with samsungs system, it's a 4 camera system that even sam's club was carrying, they have discontinued the samsung 4 camera set up and have gone to an 8 camera system witch is of course more money, i was still able to find the 4 camera system on line though, and that was just 2 months ago ..

the nice thing about it is the cameras are powered over the cat cable that goes to the recorder, so you only have to get the one cable from the recorder to the camera and don't have to plum power to each camera and the transmission cable, pitcure quality is real good during the day time and it auto converts to night vision at dusk..

Go to menards or Home Depot for cameras. Don't bother with ADT, have a friend that is a police dispatcher and she told me they had officers finding break in before ADT contacted them, so they started asking ADT when they got the alarm and they were told anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour on average. When she questioned them about it they said, "Well we are busy."
