I'm sure people have started to notice the Graffiti and Police Cameras throughout some areas of Glenwood. There seems to be a dominating negative presence here all of a sudden. There are several homes in this area that are starting to bring down the village as well as help promote the crime that is starting to appear. One such is across from the Fire Department of all places as well as the "Newly" rehabbed building at 404 H.R. This is ridiculous that the ghetto has brought the ghetto to what was once a thriving family oriented community. There are several enablers to this effect. Rule of thumb, anytime you have a "Convenient Store" and the only thing that is convenient is White T-Shirts, Faux Sneakers and Blunts that is a tell,tell sign that we are no longer in Kansas!
