Is it closing down or not? A week ago I was told it is, and now I'm hearing mixed responses.

Actually, they thought they would be open long enough to train individuals heading out of state to other locations, but now they found out that won't be the case.

They will be closing very shortly.

It's not closing down, they're not training new people who are heading out of state, in fact they are bringing back a lot of agents who left recently.

I believe the upper-management now that the witch is gone. They have been very open with any questions I have had. I beleive that you tried to start and stir trouble on here before.....at least we still have a job for now. Good enough for me

Well, if they do stay open (I hear they're not) at least we've already taken steps to have the union up and running.

If any business needed unions, it's call centers -- that place especially. I'll be sad if it stays open because the stuff the employees allow the management and owners get away with is a poor reflection of how apathetic the people of Weston are.

If they do stay open, I think the whole thing was just a ploy to try to make the employees feel lucky they have a job despite the poor working conditions, numerous labor violations and other highly questionable business practices.

Glad to hear the employees have wised up and are unionizing. It's about time.
