Fatal Accident Involves Dump Truck

One woman is dead and one man is in the hospital tonight after a two-vehicle accident.

the dump truck didn't hit her she ran the stop sign and hit the dump truck...i know this cuz it happened right by my house

Yeah, like Garrett said, because I'm sitting next to him right now. And if you look at how the scene is, and the van, it's obvious that the van hit the dump truck, because the front of the van is what's messed up, and I'm pretty sure that if the dump truck hit the van it wouldn't have rolled over like that. The van would've rolled over.
