Biss Is Back In 17th District

Democrat Daniel Biss, who narrowly lost to long-time State Rep. Elizabeth Coulson in last year's election, told the Journal & Topics Newspapers today he is throwing his hat back into the ring for another run in the 17th next year.

Daniel Biss is a good man who will make a great representative for the 17th. He is a college professor, active in his community, highly intelligent and aware of the issues. Biss deserves your consideration.
