The old adage, "build it and they will come," albeit trite, is valid. Brick and mortar projects, when combined with legitimate public or public-private partnerships, can and do lead to a huge economic impact for metropolitan areas.

They need a exit into Bixby itself not getting off on 91st street it is a mess at 4.30 why is there no exit ramp near 151st in Bixby im sure they could do that and let up on some of the traffic on memorial at 4.30!!!!people in glenpool can get off there and go right down 151st/ Building up Bixby yea right have you seen the Welcome to Bixby sign? that is a joke Why not do something in the middle of the lanes right there where the lowes store is like jenks ! Why not let people see where Bixby begins? if you sneeze you missed it!
