The fool in Tinicum Township that let an intoxicated person who was on probation with charges pending for drugs and weapons should be in jail with him for giving him her car to borrow. Sadly, you dont get that much time usually for homicide by vehicle. Two lives are lost at 15 years old. Their parents most likely already bought presents and a tree for the holidays. I cant imagine what they are going through.
