Per Capita Tax

Anyone over 65 is exempt from the per capita tax. I called the office and was told that all you have to do is send them a copy of your proof of age, Medicare care, drivers license, non drivers license along with the bill that you received.

Is there a statue of limitations on per capita tax in Pennsylvania?
