Whats going on in this community people? i'm looking to buy a property at this development, frankly these reviews are scaring the living daylights of me - and what's all this indian-non indian bashing about? shed some light on the community people, is this the place i can call it home?

Living in WR for the past 5 years, no problems.

Sometimes neighbors don't cut their grass and weed their beds, or they pull really tacky landscaping in. The community is 30% Indian the last I checked. Everyone's nice - just cut your grass, or be fined.

Pool is fine, never crowded. The clubhouse would be great if bored teenagers would stop vandalizing it. Parents, lock your keycards up and control your kids.

FYI, there aren't a lot of resales. Keep in mind there are roughly 450 homes here, and people come and go - this community is mostly IT professionals and executives, people move/relocate/etc. but no more than any other community.

Townhome owners pay more HOA fees than single family homeowners but they get more services. Yes, overall landscaping could be a bit better, spray for bugs, etc.

Finally, if you don't like something, join a committee or board - stop complaining on internet forums - do something about it. Remember the HOA is comprised of homeowners.

Way too many Indians who do not try to assimilate into the community. They can be seen walking around daily dressed for Duawli! They do not take care of their yards/lawns and they look terrible. I guess there are no lawns in Mumbai. Advice: Hire a professional landscaper to take care of your property and stop being so cheap. I spend a few thousand dollars a year on my lawn and have to look at your nasty weeds. Idiots.

Hey man, dont be so racist. Just because these men and women dont try to assimilate into our contry doesnt really need to matter. They cause no harm to you or your family and your friends. it's thier property that they're living on.

to begin The Winsor Ridge Community is filled with teenagers who vandalize the clubhouse, go through other people's garages at night and steal anything of use to them, and terrible unseen places. For example, many think that the little trails made by the children in the community have been actually been used by the teens too, because i really dont think a group of little kids will really use needles and bongs in the middle of the woods.

Sold single family home which was under water. Pulte oversold these homes by 10 to 20 percent over market value. Whenever there was a storm my siding would fall right off the side of the home. Poor Quality.. The homes all look the same.. If you read past posts it shows the quality of people that live there. So sad how much it has plummeted in quality. So glad we sold... Good riddens...

Too many cultural changes - they don't maintain the homes. Imagine what will happen in 10 years :( so sad. Chester springs use to be so beautiful.
