The SGV cities should take a hard look at where their money has been going and what being a member of the SGVCOG means.
There's never been accountability and other than ACE which runs separate anyway, what has the SGVCOG got bragging to?
There's only a few who have gotten anything out of your member dues.
Nick Conway and SGVCOG attorneys and stay tuned because you ain't seen nothing yet.
Don't let your cites get stuck with the tab of Nick Conways greed.
Glendora, California take notice.

Any contract made in violation of section 1090 is void and cannot be enforced. An official who commits a violation of section 1090 is subject to felony prosecution and civil and administrative sanctions.
A person convicted of violating section 1090 is also forever disqualified from holding any office in this state.
If the Nick Conway loyalists had an inkling of intelligence they would fire Nick Conway now. They are making all member cities liable for their cronyism with Nick Conway.
The sgvCOG taken on about 2 million in grants, and has about 600k in the bank. That leaves them 1.4 million short. Divide that by 30 Cities. You do the math.

The latest article concerning Nick Conway and his crooked activies coupled with a rico GANG CALLED SGVcog IS ONCE AGIN N GTHE NEWS AND IN TROUBLE.
SGVCOG is attempting to distance itself from a criminal investigation into its executive officer, Nick Conway.
Nick Conway is charged with four felony counts of conflict of interest by the District Attorney's Public Integrity Division for allegedly skimming from the grants for his own gain.
I'd hate to see it go down the tubes just because of one individual, or one issue, the reality is that this org. is rotten tot eh core and should be disbanded and put in prison.
The SGVCOG Governing Board will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at the SCE Energy Education Center, 6090 N. Irwindale Ave., Irwindale.

When the SGVCOG started to blow up in our faces I went to their web site and took a quick look at an agenda.
All it took was one quick look to determine that most of the appointed attendees from the various city councils around the valley were intended to be decieved with so much smoke blown in their faces.
It was designed by Nick Conway to be obscure as he pillfered through his Arroyo Company.
Serves us right for not watching, but you would have to really know what you were seeing to be "watching" with any insight, to come to any conclusions, and then how to launch a campaign to expose the corruption.
It had to hit this level of interest before the exposure hit bit enough to lead to his, Conway's, arrest.

Many people don't know how deep the RICO act, follower's from each city plus Nick Conway are involved.
More than just the city council members who sit on the sgvCOG and it's exective Board are involved, it goes all the back to each cities CITY MANAGER.
These crooks are involved up to there own eye lids!
All involved are seasoned political appointies and elected officials they didn't just fall off the hay wagon yesterday, they know the laws of California.
So for them to cry out, we didn't know?
Is pure BULL.
Continued support without reserving judgement is a mistake, the SGVCOG has conducted itself in a manner undeserving of the public trust, therefre the public money must stop.
Let them reform themselves first!
Why should Glendora bear the burden when other cities are appropriately holding off.
Seems more of those in power working to protect their power structure.

We believe that under further scrutiny, the courts will find that SGVCOG protocols and practice make it clear that obedience to SGVCOG required the secrecy and concealment of illegal practices by the exective board and the 31 members.
To practice their RICO actions gainst the good an honest tax payers of the SGV, the county of LA and the State of Calfiornia and Federal agencies.

Start with Gene Murabito and Douglas Tessitor from Glendora, California.
You would have a hard time finding a more incompetent and unworthy group of elected officials anywhere!
The sgvCOG will remain the useless agency it is until each and every delegate is replaced!

For the "broke" San Bernardino, California city manager: Andrea-Travis Miller,
Your city of San Bernardino won the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award in 2011.
Then in court last year, the city filed for municipal bankruptcy.
Is this what sgvCOG master minds have in store for sgvCOG?
SGVCOG likes to give it's self puffed up worthless awards too?
New captain for the SS titanic-sgvCOG.

A Los Angeles Judge has to decide to either dismiss charges or make Nick Conway of former SGVCOG stand trial.
Hoping for the later and the reason why, "some one has to go to jail" and miles well be him. So say his former friends on the SGVCOG board and fine upstanding elected official's?
Nope some of them are a crooked as a dogs hid leg themselves, but they need to get the heat off their backs and point fingers at a scapegoat, sorry Nick old buddy old pal.
