The violins are being tuned up and being played loud and clear, from city hall and any other political preacher pushing the "political word" out towards the public.
The truth is, it's all "phoney baloney" cheap and dirty threats of doom and gloom, beware of the people from which this messages come from.
1.) Glendora has seen more dying lawns.
2.) overgrown yards.
3.) unmaintained businesses.
4.) foreclosed homes.
Blight in Glendora and growing.
What do you expect after gowing through a Recession and now what appears to be a depression?
Whats happening here, save our jobs! The politicans who were in charge of the citys economy have failed, now they want to save their jobs and go through the motions to repair the damage they brought to Glendora, California.
Don't let them fool you, it's all about saving thier own jobs first!
Don't let them, turn them out and bring in some honest people.

Just ask Douglas Tessitor how this fits into his deep-pockets, since he married in to the Colley Ford Family and has financial interests.
On July 19, 1989 the Community Redevelopment Agency entered into a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with Colley Auto Cars, Inc., as the developer of the Ford dealership within the Glendora Auto Centre. The Agency played a key role in the creation and financing of the project and has taken a subordinate lien against the property measured by sales tax production. Since the initial DDA, the framework of the transaction has been amended from time-to-time relative to financing, subordinations, and subleasehold interests. In October 1997, the Agency approved a similar Allonge Agreement amending the lender’s (Ford Motor Credit Company) First Deed of Trust adjustable interest rate to a fixed interest rate of 9.25% per annum. On August 27, 1999 the Agency received the proposed Allonge Agreement from Colley Ford seeking the Agency’s approval to lower the applicable fixed interest rate to 8.50% per annum. An allonge document essentially allows for refinancing of notes without having the partners re-record all other pertaining documents; the allonge process leaves all pre-existing liens in place. The Agency’s special legal counsel (Mark Huebsch, with the law firm of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth) has reviewed the proposed Allonge Agreement and recommends the Agency consent to its execution pending minor adjustments to the text. It is recommended that the Agency consent to the proposed Allonge Agreement concerning Colley Auto Cars, Inc., Ford Motor Credit Company, Ford Leasing Development Company, and various named members of the Colley family and its Trust, and authorize the Executive Director to sign the Allonge Agreement accordingly in substantially the form presented.

Mark is so stupid he puts a question mark at the end of a statememt. Glendora hasn't fallen apart Mark, the old Harrold group did. John's relegated to coming to a council meeting now and then still getting no respect and deserving none, Kristin looks like nothing more than an unhappy frump who life has just been oh so unfair to her, Erica seems just way too out there still, Ed is obviously just a cranky disgusting old man and you Mark...you're just the biggest loser and nobody that's ever lived in Glendora. You're a complete failure that will wind up old and alone, have fun with that. Oh, and Adin is where? I don't know but mot running John's site anymore is he?
City wins and you and all your pals lose, just like always.

The Colley family and he Cooley family all mean Douglass Tessitor of Glendora, California.

The current Glendora City Council has some tough financial choices to make if it wants to keep Glendora from potential bankruptcy.
The next shoe to drop will be, who stays and who goes as far as employees. And just who drew up this list they will be working from?

The Glendora City Council has some tough financial choices to make if it wants to keep Glendora from sliding in to complete bankruptcy.
More homes and business are faultering, their 'grand scheme' for revocery or righting the stricken vessel seem to be - to little to late, and once again rides on the backs of the current home owners and business owners who are under stress from the city councils preveious actions to deal with th eeconomy.
These boobs could care less what happens to any home owner of busines in Glendora, Califoria - they play the violin well whe it's their time to speak on such matter.
It's just an act they have honed well, through out their political careers!

This is how Douglas Tessitor and his gang of thugs stay in power;
Ballots cast in favor of the incumbent candidates were resealed and returned to the mail to be counted.
Ballots for non-incumbent candidates are discarded.
Why do you think Culver Heaton jr. worked at night and over the weekends during election time?

The third defendant in the federal government's case against the city of Cudahy agreed to plead guilty to allegations of bribery, officials said.
City Councilman Osvaldo Conde, 51, agreed to the plea, joining former city councilman David Silva and former code enforcement officer Angel Perales in entering the plea. All three will be arraigned Thursday, July 19, 2012.

Another Greedy, politican;
Glendora, California a meeting was held that was marked by angry debate and personal attacks, the Citrus College Board of Trustees on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 approved a new contract for the college president that provides automatic annual raises that bring her salary to $251,000.
Shame on her and the trusties who allowed this blood sucking person to take away from the young students just to feed her greedy feishes.

Glendora, California as well as many other cities are going broke.
The brainless persons who got voted into office seem to forget they are to protect and help the people who put them there.
They want to deny the residents of Glendora, California their protection.
The perfect solution is to cut the pay of the city manager, mayor, city attorney, City Council members and their assistants.
Plus, their retirements should be cut.
They should save for their own retirement like the rest of us do.
Since the city council is part-time they should be treated as part-time employees - no bennies at all.

I am a police supporter because I know how important they are.
There are circumstances in which the police are the only alternative.
We cannot afford our own private department. They are driving us to financial ruin, and the city manager and city council seem damn smug about it too.

Another obvious post by Glendora Whiner Mark Smith. What a total waste of sperm that guy turned out to be.

Josey are you wailing, again?

Another upset Republican/Tea Party Nation member, guess you'll have to tough it out.
I heard tell there are plenty of Tea Party Nuts floating around, is that true?
You bet, they live near the Glendora Country Club, they cry to their lawyers and tell them to make it right again, remember were in charge, and we paid you lawyers enough so make it happen again.
Those special people are starting to lose their grip on Glendora, California.
I wouldn't be suprised if some of the big money players and business are asking for a change in city hall, they would of course start with:
Chris Jeffers - city manager, full time string puller for Glendora politics etc.
Since he brought in his 'dream team' of wild and wacky department heads, his pitch line to them was 'it's easy pickins guys.
We will clean them out (glendora) before they new what happened, with the help of tessitor we will own this town lock stock and barrel.
We got the city attorney Leech on our side and he will cover for us, he will us the local police to run cover for us, while we suck this city dry.

Southern California real estate, experts agree no recovery is in sight this year 2012.
But next year 2013 there is a glimmer of hope.

But there's no hope for the filthy little pervert that Joe Friday is keeping an eye on. One more report of him in the bushes and the handcuffs get slapped. What's he going do when Joe Friday makes the collar, cry like the little wenie he is.

Southern California real estate, experts agree there is little hope of th emarket climbing this year 2012, but maybe in late 2013 or 2014..

It is obvious that Glendora, California needs to go in some new directions.
And that the costly old school style City Hall operation that we have been saddled with since the late 2000s has pretty much run its course.
There is no CRA any longer, plus grants and other moneys from Sacramento and Washington DC can no longer be depended upon for free money.
If you remember Glendora lead the charge against removing CRA funding etc. Glendora made a silly fool out of themselves, right about that Douglas Tessitore and his foolish friends in city hall and in backrooms an dark alleys..
