A new slant on how long term elected local city officals manage to keep their seats on City Councils etc. city run election allows wholesale ballot fraud.

Most cities in the San Gabriel Valley pay the county to conduct elections. But a few, such as Glendora conduct their own.

What Glendora should do is contract with the county for an election scheduled in the future.

Two major concerns with the city's practice, allowing voters to turn in absentee ballots at a mailbox or City Clerks office at City Hall.

The city hall mailbox allows campaign organizers to assist voters in filling out their ballots and submit them in bulk. State law says absentee ballots may be mailed, turned in by the voter or turned in by a family member.

We might as well leave the ballot box across the street where anyone can stick (ballots) in, this is also know as ballot box stuffing.

That goes to this whole system of fraud because it allows them to send out runners to collect ballots. It's the harvesting of the ballots by well supplied city hall insiders who are working for the reelection of there current and soon to be reelected bosses.

The city puppets handle the elections so incumbents can remain in office.

Many Glendora, California 91741 - 91740 residents have suspected mail and voter fraud for years.
