Rapper Arrested On Dog Abuse, Drug Charges

Rapper DMX was arrested at his Cave Creek home Friday morning and booked into jail on seven counts of animal cruelty and four counts of drug possession, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said.

What is wrong with some people today? It's not cool to hurt animals and it's not that hard to treat animals properly. They don't ask for or need much and give unconditional love back.
Again, the punishment for animal neglect and abuse needs to be much harsher.
