Police Officers are normal human beings as we all. They make mistakes as we all. If, according to Rep. Saylor of Hellam Township, and I quote: "they (police officers) need to be held to a higher standard. They have a public trust." then, why are not all the politicians in Pennsylvania held the same way? They have insulated themselves in a way as if they are untouchable and unaccountable.

I wonder how many of these people are still working as police officers. I really don't think it's fair for the cops to keep their jobs after being charged with the same crimes they charge others with. Where's the trust? That's just my opinion.

Police that break the law are criminals and should be punished with severity for abusing the power and trust they are given. They are not just cops on the job. Its a way of life and they cant be part time criminals!
