Understanding Why Parrots Talk

States and local governments fear they will get far less federal dollars and their state bonds abd debt won't be quietly bought up by the fed or federal Government as the Fiscal Cliff goes into warp drive Jan 2013 as it automatically cuts federal spending and may raise taxes.

Loud leftists, paid media pundits, and non profit corporate executives say Obama will sign Executive Orders to go around the cuts and give his buddies and supporters all the ready cash and credit they want. If this is true then the Fiscal Cliff is fear mongering by both parties upon the commoners.
