With the general election behind us -- 18 Colorado school districts had mill levies on the ballot -- and Thanksgiving ahead of us, Park R-3 school superintendent Patrick Hickey expressed the district's gratitude to the Estes Park community last week for having the foresight to pass a mill levy in earlier elections.
