Dick Zelner talks about rallying the town for support. Why don't you put The Performing Arts project to a public vote and start from there? I have heard more negative than positive. As far as out of town support, I totally disagree with it. People from across the country and not in Estes Park should not have a say so on the impact of such a project to the locals. Let's let the residents decidse what is to be and accept that decision? As I've said before, Govt. of, by, and for the special interest groups.

fighting a losing cause. Nowhere in this town is any type of transparency. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. Estes Park will never live up to it's potential because there are to many "know it all's" that ruin everything they touch from the town fighting to the school districts de4ception to the fire district in fighting to....we need to get rid of the few who are keeping the many from prospering. No voice for the taxpayer.

The performing arts center should be put to a vote of the residents of Estes Park. Then, there can be no doubt as to the validity of any outcome. And by the way, whatever happened to the performing arts center being located near the fairgrounds? I thought that this was the location in the original proposal.
