perfect model of socialism. Those who can pay for school lunches receive a fee increase to pay for those who get freebies or 40 cents a lunch. The latter two groups are also the ones that dump almost the entire lunch (and breakfast) in the trash can. Why not; its free.
Then there's the we "trimmed" the budget $300,000.00 so now we are going to ask for a mill levy in November. Oops, but we are going to spend $434,000.00 to demolish the elementary school (instead of selling it at that price or more and making up $134,000.00 of the "trimmed" budget)all at taxpayer expense. Of course the "trim" comes at the expense of the staff (not administration) who have this new, sh-t healthcare plan which actually isn't a healthcare plan since the staff pays out of pocket for almost everything.
Until Jirsa, Paglia and Hickey are out/gone hold off on the mill levy or vote no. Jirsa and Paglia are gone in late November, Hickey June 2014.
