What about a tank

I think it would be cool to buy a tank and drive it down the main drag, knocking cars out of the way that we're parked incorrectingly. Hell, the town might has well waste money on something that might actually work, rather than something that has been tried and failed twice other times. Wayne Groome is a trolly merchant, so this is why we are buying a trolly? Next we will buy a herse because Trustee Elrod is a mortician.
How does one spell

a conveyance used to transport people up and down streets?

Perhaps you could use a dictionary.

Get a proofreader. Why does Estes Park have to always present itself as the dumbest town in America?

While I think a trolley would be interesting and fun, I think it should be introduced in conjunction with closing down all or most of Elkhorn. Alternatively, widen the sidewalks, put in bike lanes, and leave a very narrow strip for those who feel they must drive through Elkhorn.

Currently, it appears that people do not have a problem walking up and down Elkhorn in the summer. Since this trolley isn't really going anywhere, I see it more as a form of entertainment than as a real transportation alternative.

Buddy. Some of us live here full time and work. Shutting down Elkhorn so the tourists can walk around without cars is a horrible idea!

Association for Responsibull Developement is seriously considering asking all the year around residents to move so that the town can just be a bunch of rich outsiders spending two weeks here and bu****cking each other. They will bring in there domestics to run the shops and they will each serve on 14 different development committees.

You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig... and no one seems to be riding the pig.
