Borrowed ice rink may make a comeback

Town apologists say 4000 people used it, which probably means 2000 people actually used it. So, like the shuttle, despite no use, it will stay because the town administrator likes it. Frank skates while the town burns.

at a cost in excess of 4100,000.00 by the time the labor cost to set it up and take it down are added in. Sounds more like a purchase than a borrow.
