CDOT management needs to take a field trip to Arizona, particularly Central to Northern Phoenix to the 101 & 202 and see how wonderful highways are planned & constructed. It's a shame what we have for roads in CO, particularly I-25. They do not know how to plan for expansion and execute it effectively in this state to reduce traffic and congestion. Yet it's a vital part of growth in this region and ultimately expands the economy.
