Biased much????
BTW, the attitude present in this article is exactly why Lot 4 sale will be voted down.

There are many more possibilities than just two options here. If this is really a wellness center and not just a wedding facility and spa addition, there are other properties that could be developed such as Aspen Lodge or the Elkhorn Lodge. At those locations there would be ample access to lots of exercise and space right from the front door.

I don't understand how the hospital is going to raise $5 million. Who wants to donate money for wealthy people to loose weight? The EPMC foundation is not transparent in their business, they are not registered on guide star as most non-profits and foundations are, and they do not provide audited financial statements. I would not donate money to them.

I'll write my thoughts again, as Trail Gazette edited my earlier one(s) out....Cognitive bias. Why does the Trail state that there would be perpetual maintenance if Lot 4 is voted open space?...it is open space now; are we the taxpayer incurring maintenance costs at this point?
Other Conservation easements have been put in place with buildings and similar conditions as Lot 4. Why the cloying factors of saying it does not qualify? WHY?
I see the "Good Ole Boys" are up to their usual attempts at censuring....well, we the Citizens of this Beautiful Valley are calling their meeting adjourned. See you at the Polls !!!!

And why should the Hospitable put forth any efforts toward fundraising?... we voted in their expansion and they turned it into a Charley Foxtrot Bureaucracy.
Concentrate on putting forth quality care at a reasonable price. Like we get in the valley. Why is the hospitable acting like Plato's "gainers" with a fever for more and more?
Give us something we could trust.

If the hospital gets involved with a wellness center, it will probably just be even harder to get an appointment with a doctor.
Why try

And you will pay twice as much as before----which was already six times as much as in the valley....$127 /minute for the surgery room compared to $60 ish in the valley....Except if you are illegals and then it's FREE!!!!!
