The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District is conducting a Stanley Park Master Plan Study, and wants to hear from all community residents, business owners, sports groups, and any other interested parties.

Could this be a more reasonable location for THE ROCKY? Of course EPIC refused to even consider a suggestion from The Trustees to the possibility of merging with The MPEC, so I doubt they have the brains to check the possibility of being part of The Stanley Park Plan.
