Double talk as usual. Every step is just a formality. Just what is and who comprises The Estes Valley Board of Adjustment? By the way Mr Cordsen parking was not the only concern voiced by numerous business owners at the Nov. 27 meeting.

The fix is in.
Now the town has decided we need this eyesore to survive.

Not only what is and who is but what is the purpose and function of The Estes Valley Board of Adjustments? It's the same old process, tell the town what's good for it but don't tell the towns people who say's it. What are you afraid of? Are you afraid of the truth? Put The Rocky up for public vote!

minority is another ruse from the actual minority.
Put it to an up or down vote.
Let's see who is really the vocal minority in this town.

It doesn't matter to me one way or the other whether this happens or not. But why in the middle of town? Haven't you listened to the merchants in that particular area with their concerns? I agree witrh POed Citizen. Put it up for public vote. What are you afraid of?

I care that once again we are subject to a bunch of corrupt losers claiming that everyone in town wants this except for a small vocal minoirty.
If you believe this so strongly, let the town residents vote on it.
It will be voted down.
It wouldn't even be close. The vote would be 20% in favor of a performing arts center, 80% against.
So who is the minority again?
Build this in Longmont if you think it is such a great thing. There are a lot more people living in Longmont.

I agree with you. The problem being is that EPIC and the town are afraid to put it before the voters because they will find out the truth. The town doesn't care what we the people want. I hope that you,Mr Mayor and all of your bureaucrats read this. Although you will ignor it just like you do with everything else concerning the town public.

The town should have a performance center for bears. Bears juggling, bears balancing on large beach balls, bears standing on their hind legs to eat sweet treats --- I love, love, love bears.
I truley do love bears and think we are intruding on their home if we do not have a bear performance home for them like See World.

I am opposed to the Performing Arts Center.
I want BearsRUs to take their act elsewhere.
I am proud to be in the vocal majority.
