I have had varied bandwidth issues from .3 MbpS to 6mps (when i bypassed router AND when I am on the phone with the support person.)

Get this, when you call for support and do a speedtest with them, the speeds jump up to 3.5+ mbps and later it drops again to less than 1 mbps. That happened on the last two calls and then they say it's all right now.

Also when you sign up for 7 mbps it is "up to" but they don't say up to when you buy it. What they means you get 3.5 mbps min.(only when you are on the phone with support). Then after you are off you get less than 1 again.

This is especially true if you get near your monthly data limits (I stream tv with Roku and got notice I was near the 30gb data limit). I suspect you go on a list where you get reduced speed to encourage you to go elsewhere.

Wait, you're telling me Skybeam has a 30GB monthly cap now?? I'd blow through that in a day!

We are highly dissatisfied with this company and would very much like to find another company to do business with. Please help...desperate in Peyton!
