I believe the police need to keep are roads safe. But in a case where it's a stolen vehicle. Police need to approach these situations differently. Maybe affix some sort of GPS to the vehicle somehow and monitor the car until it has stopped then make an arrest. I truly don't think the police should engage in pursuit clearly this situation got way out of control and 19 year old has lost her life because she made a bad decision..............

I understand the police were doing Their job. But John Kepner also known as "redeye" was a close and dear friend of mine. Yes he may have had a criminal background but he was a good man. He took care of the people he loved and was more often then not "the first one to show up, and the last one to leave" when someone needed a freind. He will be missed. I love u redeye. rest in peace homie

Maybe you are right, but guess police having a hard time to get bad people, see Jody stealing from his partners in Cancun and police can't do anything...

Note: The gentleman JCA who posted the response on July 11, 2009 is a former business associate who is using his knowledge of the internet to defame/slander my name.

As I am only one of several former business associates and/or employees in his slander campaign, a "class action" lawsuit is pending.

I cry everytime I think about 2006. Deff the hardest yet realist year of my life. Redeye in fact is a good man and i will stand behind his name til this day. Deff the first to show and the last to leave, even if he showed up alone, he would leave that way at the end of the day when it came down to someone he loved. Stay true. ALWAYS ur shorty.
