The people whom are boycotting Chic-fil-a are exercising their right to free speech also .So may be someone should boycott you too. If you weren't stoned out of your head you would know that. Where is Chic fillet located at anyway ???

Freedom of speech is a privalilage, one that comes with conditions. The owners of Chic-Fil-A have the right to say as they want, within a set of guidelines, and people have a right to not eat there because of their views.

To each their own, if you want to eat there and show your support, great. If you are offended by their views, and refuse to eat there, great. There is a line between free speech and prejudice, but without being fully aware of what was said, I will not comment if what was said is appropriate.

Hell yea, I agree with ChickFila 100%, as a matter of fact I think there should be a law against gays, there should be a hunting season on them with no limit as to how many you shoot, I know about five I'd bag the first day.

Kind of stupid on the part of the resturant. Regardless of their beliefs, the money is still green gay or strait. What if they would say that about African Americans, Jews, or some other ethenic organization? To each his own is what I say, however, they did nothing but hurt their bottom line. Although I do not support gay marriage, I do feel that the remarks hurt their business and the business of their franchise owners. Remember these resturants are sold to other owners.

I have never understood why this place didn't call itself Jesus's Chicken anyway. In a nation with the freedom of religion to believe whatever you want; they play Christian music in their restaurants. I think we all knew their beliefs before the "big announcement" was made in the first place.

I have no problem pulling through the drive through of a Muslim, Hindu, Jew, Buddhist, Christian, Wiccan, or anyone else for that matter if I am hungry and like their food. However, I shouldn't be forced to listen to the music of their faith and be force fed their religious propaganda with my meal. This is not a Theocracy! This is a Republic with freedoms for people of all beliefs and no one faith was ever meant or intended to dictate this country. Religious freedom to get to know God on your terms in the way you see best improves your relationship with him and your life is the best freedom we have; but we shouldn't abuse that to force feed everyone else with what we believe.

America didn't invent religion; just religious freedom. How bout we do something radical and respect the freedoms of others by not forcing our way of life on everyone else? Would be the AMERICAN thing to do. Keep your religion to yourself, enjoy, and I'll have some waffle fries and a lemonade and go pray privately where it is supposed to be.

On the contrary my freind "think on this" chick fillet has figured out that they're more bigots and hypocrites in this country than they are queers and lesbians so this is a ploy by their marketing agents and as it seems its a very brilliant one, individual owners made millions today, thus makin it easier for the company to sell rstaurants. I seriously doubt if chick fillet or their affiliates really care whether jim bob n bill have sex or if mary n louise get married. This is all marketing strategy to bring more recognition to the stores chick fillet stock has increased and continues to climb. They'll make millions and the gays will continue to do as they do.. However "GOD" will judge us all. If chick fillet really is the symbol of american christianity then it will show in their other wrks i.e. giving to needy charities etc.

Gays only make up a small percentage of America, even they could have organize and crouded and formed long lines at some fast food place that still wouldn't make them the majority.

Although you people ate a lot of chicken yesterday,POLLS still say 60% of Americans are in favor of same sex marriage.

I'm not gay and I don't support gay marriage .
I believe marriage should be between a man and a woman.
Polls say only 40% againest gay marriage
and 60% for.
What did you prove ???

They were Nation wide . I don't agree with gay marriage ,like I said "marriage is between one man and one woman "
I don't even like homosexuals so there is no way I'd approve of them getting married. But I can't be in denial and dispute facts.
People are changing in America and not for the best in my opinion.

There is no way Obama would have came out in favor of same sex marriage if these polls had not been taking in swing states and red states ,it would have been political suicide. The Democratic party kin pins did their own polls and came up with same numbers And Biden came out with his support for gay marriage.
So gay marriage is one issue that is not going to hurt Obama in 2012 . He may pick up some vote for back gay marriage.

His strategy now is to win all the minority groups, hoping a combination of all them put together will secure him a win. Gays and people who support same sex marriage are still the minority.

When eating (or not eating) a fast food sandwich is political activism - well, this nation really is loosing it's mind. Do any of you Christians who oppose gay marriage feel obligated to eat at ChicFilA now? ChicFilA meant for you to. Christianity is big business.
