Semms he caused the whole thing to get out of hand he should have just signed the paper and then waited for his day in court. Why is it that people are so quick to blame the police. So I guess he didnt do anything wrong, yea in his mind and the king. This guy the king ant nothing but a raciest

The use of terms of royalty by Africans in America: King-Queen-Prince-Duke, etc are to indicate descendency from the black ruling class and rulers in Africa. The great ruling class in Africa has its expatriates in America today. These folks are just the latest generation. Believe it !

Wow!! The racism in this city is so blatant!! What does the mans name have to do with anything? Can cops do whatever they want because they can, and get away with it!! It's because of cops behaving badly, that innocent cops get killed, and civilians are losing respect for them. Some of you choose to be ignorant, so be it! There is no law that indicates you have to sign anything presented to you by the police, they just as easily could have taped it to their door and left, or better yet mailed it. Honestly it is so clear that these cops wanted to degrade and belittle this man in front of his wife and children. GOD Help US ALL!!

Stupid is as stupid does! Police training is so much cheaper than a lawsuit. The Judges are racist and corrupt and so are the police our tax dollars pay to protect us!! Justice will prevail in the end!! I mean since when is it ok to tazer someone to sign a document? Unbelievable

§19.2-76 provides that a warrant or capias shall be served in person. Generally if its a county ordinance, that may be left. The signature would be required to show proof of service. Without the persons signature here's no way for the officer to prove it was served - sort of like a registered or certified letter. Officers usually go in pairs (at least) to provide witness and yeah, for protection.

So why didn't he call for back up when he first showed up at their home, BECAUSE IT WAS ABUSE OF POWER!!! It was personal, he let his emotions take control of the situation. Let's be real here, cops aren't human? They are notorious for domestic violence! We have cops committing all kinds of crimes while in uniform. Look at the DA's son's story also in the news. Cut the crap folks! Keep it real!

That's right, ya broke the law, and you don't want to accept the punishment, so lets go cry "brutality" to the local NAACP!! What a total crock! The biggest bowl of bull is the fact that the NAACP would even LISTEN to this loser! That organization has gone from one that helps to one that has become a big joke. If they insist on 'coming to the rescue" of every idiot that can't accept what he deserves, then they will lose all credibility in the world.
As far as the cops go, yes, they ARE only human, but they are humans who put their lives on the line every day to protect the rest of us. Lets hope this pathetic couple never NEED their services.....

Jesus- somethings are just the law! How come when a black cop does something wrong to a white person- white people understand it's the LAW and just shut up and take it. But when the table turns it's racist. This is why there's always a problem with whites and blacks. Every other race handles their own business without screaming racism or posting their business all over the news. Who do whites, Asians, Mexicans have to run to when they feel they have been a target of a race issue... NO ONE! Let's get real and stop playing the “poor pitiful me” card... this crying wolf is getting old!

Both of his charges were reduce to lesser charges meaning the DA did not see those charges as valid and could not prosecute him on these charges accused by the officer, the tape was not inter duce in the discovery .... and surprisingly the tape gets cut off at the point of the tazing and struggle in side the home. neither officer is admitting to tazing or assault of his wife stating that they did not do it ... His attorney was threaten with attempt of court by the judge for his questioning of the officer's ... while the DA was free to extract her full will inside the court room ...everyone inside the courtroom ...well everyone who was left because the judge or court jester decided to clear the courtroom...you could see and hear that these officers were well REHEARSED in what to say....and his attorney was not allowed to ask the questions that needed to be answered. it was a joke....and the only one's laughing were the DA , Officers . and the Judge.

Take your blinders off! You live in Philly? You need to really listen to the news in your city, before commenting about someone else's! The issue isn't just about white and black, it's about abuse of power! Did they ever say the Highs were Black? Who is making assumptions now? He may be hispanic, or even WHITE!

Court Witness-the defense moved to sep witness, thats why the officers moved out of the court room, I dont know what you were watching. There were a lot of people in there for the 1100 court docket and they moved to another court room due to this trial lasting longer than most. I believe the judge took this case very serious and the defendant was smiling and acting like he had no respect for the court. You also left out how his defense attorney even yelled at him to be quiet at the end of the trial. I did not observe anyone laughing at the end. I believe all parties took this very serious. There was a lot of tension in that court room due to this being a very serious matter. Im glad I was in there to observe this trial.

If he was smiling or laughing it was because the justice that was being served was a joke...speak about the facts in the case Officer... we know who you are...WHERE IS THE REST OF THE MISSING TAPE...and why were his charges reduced...and let's talk about serious... what about what was done to this guy and his family what about the effect of this has done to his children....HOW IS THAT BEING TREATED.....please comment.....?????
