interesting article. it seems that the courant does actually have a writer who can relate what happened, to who, and when. and unlike hill-duh munoz's victim who was "shot in the butt", this victim was "shot in the buttocks". I hope this writer is NOT one of the 25% who are getting the boot. perhaps Hill-Duh should be assigned to read this news item to see how writing is supposed to be. ha ha.

All Hail Eddie - The word, The Gospel! Yup, the savages from DA CITY have decided to grace their presence across the river. Hartford Police Chief Roberts thought it would be best to dump their garbage east of the river and of course, EDDIE THE RAT (looks like a rat, huh) couldn't be more happier!
