Are you serious Rosemary? safeguard the area? How about charging the kids with trespassing? How about removing those kids from their homes? Just shaking my head at your idiotic response.

That's a teenager and old enough to know better than to trespass. Charge him and his siblings. If I were the property owner I'd demand that happen.

13 year old boy is in a coma, and you dirt bag, jobless crackheads have no sympathy. There are NO "No trespassing" signs. Read before you speak (if you can read). Hope you never procreate, and if you do, I hope your scum kids have 3 arms and missing some toes. Go spend your access card.

A 13 yr old is old enough to know that it is not his property. His parents should have taught him that. Go take your filth to them.

Do you seriously think a no trespassing sign is going to solve the problem? Christ his brother is how old? And he's doing a tv interview with a cigarette in his hand. That purely is a parenting problem. Go cry a river to someone else because Mother Nature is culling the herd, and the parents are the only ones who are to blame.

And you can't tell me that the parents are not aware that their kids are trespassing on that property.

Yeah then when they mend a couple holes in the fence that's around the property to clearly mark that it's someone less property the kids will climb the fence, then when TGEY fall from the fence rosemary will want the fence taken down, then when the fence is down she will want the property for the boro... Yep...hey rosemary maybe he should put an electric current in the fence.

And hey parents, you need to educate your kids and monitor them, they will be eating poison berries, trespass, vandalize, smoke underage, drink underage. And you have nobody to blame but yourselves. That kids brother looked foolish puffing on hisfag.

Rosemary needs to start cracking down on trespassing, vandalism, loitering, curfews. WTF? Those laws are in place for a reason.

Maybe the business owner should go after Rosemary and her minions for not enforcing the laws around town and better protecting the property.

Well that just goes to show kids in the borough have no respect for others property. Its definitely the ghetto and kids die in the ghetto at a higher rate than not. Rosemary and her minions place blame on business owner to divert the fact that they allowed this town to become a ghetto. I say they and the parents are the ones to blame for this. That business owner needs to go after the kids, their parents and the borough. Theres a fence around that property. Any moron understands what a fence means.

kids have been there for over 20 years doing the same thing, now that one gets injured you want to blame the mayor? theres at least a dozen more properties like that one in town that are hangouts for kids. The fact that one kid got hurt after all these years in my opinion is amazing. Kids will be kids 20 years ago, now, and 20 years from now lets just hope that this young man and his buddies learned a lesson and that he can make a full recovery
Why does it continue

If this was a known hangout for kids, and the police were having difficulty as they've reported, why didn't Rosemary and her minions "reach out" to the owner sooner? Why wait until something happened? Hmmmm...perhaps if they would have done something more
