Complete speculation here, but that sounds like a drug issue or domestic dispute gone bad. Who the heck knows though. When I lived over in Dravosburg I sliced my finger wide open real bad on a broken glass while doing dishes. Missus had the car and I didn't have anyone readily availible to take me to the er, nor did I think the Port Authkrity would appreciate me n my bloody hand all the way to Mckeesport, so I called an ambulance. A Mckeesport cop showed up five minutes in advance of the Meat Wagon, he said he had nothin big goin on and just wanted to see if he could lend a hand. 10 stitches later I guess the lesson is sometimes they show up just because..... But what kind of area is that down there? Good? Bad? Middle Of The Road??
