Yeah they ran out of money cause scott cant stay out of the safe to buy crack. Hell they still owe 5 or 6 people money from the last week they was open. Kathy needs to pay up be fore they get sued and owe more money than what they do.

Huddle House closed because Huddle House went from descent to disgusting in a matter of months. I ate there upon opening a few times. It began to go down hill- service, quality of food, etc... After roughly 15 visits I decided it wasn't ever going to improve.
I know I'm not the lone wolf here with complaints.
I've heard several greivances.
I am stricltly a firm believer... you can't please me then forget about my business. PLus, you have got Cracker Barrel, just a few miles down the road.
I CAN understand why the place closed. Sad but true ~ they did not meet the mark of an even subpar dining experience.

ok now that we got the typical topix drivel out of the way...

there was a sign on the window saying something along the lines of

" we are forced to close for the remainder of the day due to circumstances beyond our control, management"

this was 2 days ago, the sign is still up in the window, it does not sound like they wen tout of business

does anyone have any ACTUAL info? like you know, real, useful, practical info?

as in, why they closed? how long will they be closed? will they reopen? etc etc?

I hope they are out of business for ever. Hateful attitudes and bad service. Black girl waving a coffee pot over our empty cups - saying you can't have a refill. I hope they are closed for good.

That sign has been up there for almost a month now. They are out of business. About a week and a half ago there was a truck/trailer pulled up to the door being loaded up with equipment out of the building.

Scott & Kathy did NOT own the Huddle House.... Dr. Cary Hood owns it and always has. He, Dr. Hood, just made a bad judgement call when he hired Scott & Kathy. But, that was in part his son in laws fault.
So, if you really want to know what is going on...... call Dr. Cary Hood!

Im pretty sure that they went out of buisness because my dad has a meeting with the owner today to talk about buying the buisness and redoing the whole inside. When it will open is pretty much up to the owner and if he is willing to sell

The huddle house in Scottsville went out of buisiness about 2 yrs ago due to poor management, bad food and bad service. I work 3rd shift in scottsville and many of my co workers and myself would go to the huddle house to eat.they had like 15 and 16 yr olds running the night shift. They would run up to your table and ask for a light for thier cigarette.16 yrs old! I never ate at the one in glasgow but if it was like the one we had here it wasnt worth eating at.
