Why would a law abiding citizen care where the road blocks are?

So we could stay the hell away from them. Plus, the cops want the legal citizens to avoid them. Gives them more time for the bad guys.

So they can maintain their Constitutional rights and not have to submit to polioce-state tactics when they haven't committed a crime nor have any reason to be suspected of having committed a crime?

Papers, comrade?

if they would put half the effort into searching and destroying meth labs as they do harassing law abiding citizens at state check points there wouldnt be a drug problem.

A law abiding citizen wouldn't need to be concerned about any road block. You might be held up a few minutes.
Elbow Springs sure came to the rescue there for all of you.

I have a copy of The Constitution of the United States of America. I've read it several times and nowhere does it say local, state or federal employees have the right to impede my travel in this country in order to check my papers and inquire as to where I've been or going. It's none of their damn business.

We have to hope it is for safety of all citizens.
Anything less is wrong.

If anybody gets caught in a roadblock its their own fault. Cops are required by law to publish the location of all roadblocks in advance.

I do know they had a road block past the turn in to barren river. They just check drivers license, insurance, and tags. It was 6 KSP all really nice, saw one guy getting a ticket, but it could have been a warning since they were letting him go. Drive safe out there and wear your seatbelt.

If you are a real law abiding citizen you wouldn't mind giving up 5 minutes to show your information. Cry your rights and other bullshit somewhere else dumba55.

Tobe - I fully agree with your statement. Law abiding drivers, who are not speeding, blowing stop signs or texting and have valid proof of insurance and a valid drivers license, have nothing to worry about..... Driving is a privilege, not a right!!

I've never met a law abiding driver. Everyone I know has either exceeded the speed limit, not came to a complete stop, drove on prescription meds, or not had their required papers with them, sometime in their driving life. Not too many people can say they've never speeded. Can't be called a law abiding driver if you've broken the law

31 E. North - past the Hospital would be the best place for a road block. Needs to be out there every night.
