just heard on the news that 5 students and 1 adult was arrested and taken into custody for the threats at bchs, bcms, and temple hill. examples need to made out of them. charge them for terrostic threatening under the homeland security act
yep. they'll be on the FBI,ATF,OHS & other watchlists plus the no fly list for life. now some good prison time for domestic terrorism would be perfect.
lets watch and see

We will have to watch and see what happens to all of them. The students need to be expelled the rest of this year, then decide what to do with them. Also, need to do many hours of community service. As for the adult something much more stiff. This happening in any of our schools after
the recent 20 beautiful children lost their lives needs a very harsh consequence. This won't stop until this is done. Needs to be broadcast all over our Nation. This has caused worrisome days for parents, students and many others. An example needs to happen each and every time until this is stopped.

Some other poster said that she works / worked at Sitel. I don't know. But, I really don't appreciate what she and the 5 juveniles done. I have a grandson at BCMS, and my old heart can't take any more days like that. Some say she's crazy, take her to Western State Hospital.... something HAS to be wrong with her because sane people just don't do things like this.

People, do you hear yourself's? And you Pissed Off that almost sounds like a threat which is no better. These girls know what they have done is wrong and I hope the judge does not go over board with this because it has been taken to far already. Jail and house arrest really. These are teenagers , children and we should keep that in mind when we are making are little comments. Did you hear that Prusecute to the Fullest I hope you did and if you even have kids I'm glad they are perfect and never do wrong. But for those of you who DO NOT!!! have children or have raised a child then you as far as I'm concerned have no right to comment on this issue at all. I'm sure these girls have learned something from this mistake and this is something they will carry for life. This goes on there record for life. I would hate if years down down the road when these girls mature and go to apply for college or try to get a job that they are turned away and told no over a mistake they made when they were children. But I will pray that the judge will make a choice that is suitable.

Do you hear yourself? What all of them did was wrong! You saying, if someone doesn't have children have no business commenting. Everyone has children in their family, neighbors children. We live in a different world now. Surely you and everyone else know Conn. lost 20 beautiful children because of some crazy person. Now we are having copy cat incidents all across the nation; even here!! It is scary anytime a parent gets one of these calls. You saying some of us making comments sound like a threat. You don't know what you are talking about. Nothing said here comes anywhere close to having calls made to all parents in the school system telling them, then their children have to be moved here to there not know what is going on. You and few others making excuses for all of them makes no sense.

If it was my child that done this they would be wearing an sign at the end of the school road telling everyone that they was sorry that they done itWHO was the kids!!

Well, first of all I never said what they did was NOT!! wrong let me be clear on that my thinking. And I understand that kids today are different. And as far as the Conn shooting it's an awful thing that those babies lost there lives. I have lost a child of my own and I have a 2 year old boy who would lose the top of his head if he pulls a stunt like this. But the shooters where adults who had mental problems and lets not forget it was his mother who purchased the gun that ended her life along with those innocent children. I feel they need to be punished for what they did. But there was only one who actually did this act and was foolish enough to involve other people by telling them. But to gather a mob and protest in front of the court house is in mature. All I'm saying is that we also have to keep in mind these are 13 to 14 year old's who will make mistake's. I as a parent I would be beside myself not knowing what was going on and my child in the building I understand that also. But some of us have gone overboard with this. Let's give them a punishment that fits the crime, because these kids had no guns, no one was shot, and there was no bomb. Just children who played a prank not understanding how serious a situation like this was. And the outcome of the prank. And BTW I like the idea of them wearing a sign. Sometimes old fashion punishment can go along way. Or would you rather we give them the chair. Because the way some of you are talking that's the impression I get. There is no reason to get on here and be hateful to one another because we all have different opinion's.

they should be punished all of them cause this was just plain stupid. Im sorry that they have caused this n hope that they will be forgiven for such a stupid mistake. This is the extreme things that our kids do these days to have friends and look cool in front of there peers. N this is the mean things that kids have u do to be part of there group. Very tragic
But what if those same peers had asked them to take a bunch of drugs, or too much alcohol and they died. If peers can do that to your child, you should be having some serious talks with your child. I will not judge your child or your family, everyone makes mistakes and all are forgiven if they ask for forgiveness, but they still have to deal with the law part of it as they should.
The first thing I would do is speak to my child about is, if they have to be initiated into some elite(they think) group, that is always a no no. I do agree that they should be expelled from school for the rest of the year and attend the alternative school next year. In the meantime they need probation and lots of community service hours, maybe at the jails and the county morgue.
blah blah blah

These "kids" were old enough to know better and should very much be punished for their actions. Bomb threats are serious and should never be taken lightly. And, who their parents are shouldn't matter. Wrong is wrong.
