Someone told me it was in the GDT - something about them having their medicare/medicaid payments taken away. I can't find anything on GDT website or WCLU. Anyone know about this?

That's part of the fine for the lady that choked on the food and died. The State came and investigated it and gave them a level J citation. I heard her family brought her the food. It has happened at other nursing homes it's not posted on here though. The State has a website you can get all the information about the nursing homes on it. It's a wonder it hasn't happened more often. Families bring in food to the patients all the time and they're not supposed to have it. They think because they're old let them have what they want regardless of what diet the Dr. has ordered.
