Thank you. I really need to sell it because of financial need, and I have never used it, so I felt I may as well try to sell it.

This is a Face To Face transaction. You do not have to go through a gun shop if both residents are in the state of Kentucky, and have valid drivers licenses proving residency.

You only need to go through a gun dealer if you are sending the firearm out of state besides Kentucky.

Well, you know, they'd have to get past me with it loaded in hand along with my .357 to take it from me. A lot of my buddies call me Quick Draw McGraw. It does sound funny, but, I think I could be a hell of a duelist! I wasn't the one that took your old man's piece though. I am not the thieving type. I like to purchase my own. I am a man who walks in the light of God and would not steal from anyone.

I'd still prefer for it to be done properly through the right channels and be properly transferred to the new owner's name. In case there was ever a crime committed with the gun after I sold it. I do not like the thoughts of being set up by some nut who might take it and kill someone with it and it being left in my name on the registration. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

I'm not implying you. They took it from our business when we were busy helping someone else. I can't stand a liar or theif. Not implying you don't get me wrong. Thank's, people just have to be careful and not so trusting these day's.

The only one you can trust these days is the One Above. Than you for the clarification.

These guns suck ass. I wouldn't own one if my life depended on it...because it wouldn't work anyway. Run away, Run away.

Hey, it's a good gun for home protection. That's the first gun I had ever purchased. Brand new can't be too bad. If it was old, it may be one that might jam up, but with it being new from the factory, I would think it should work perfectly. Think what you want, maybe it is a cheaper, more affordable gun, but, if anybody ever came in on you and your family at night this one could and would take them out of this world in a split second. That is what matters the most. It's for home safety, not for running around thugging with.

You have me confused with Reality. Hugo might accept a person who claims to fight for rights he'd like to see taken away from those he's afraid of though.

High-points are worth about $75.00 if you can find one that functions properly at least 75 percent of the time you're doing good.. asking $230.00 for this gun is just ridiculous. i can understand why you are trying to get rid of it though. they are junk. everyone is better off having a good wheelgun, rather than a semi-automatic. I f you have to have a semi automatic go for a Glock, Kimber, or H&K. i would never recommend a Hi-Point for personal protection.

Well, Larry, not everyone can afford a Glock, Kimber, or H&K. As said, I have $244.60 in the gun, ammo, and extra mag. You go out and buy a brand new Hi Point 9mm, you will pay at least $179.95 plus tax, then you have to pay at least $21.60 plus tax for your box of ammo and the same as I paid for the extra mag.$230 is a reasonable price for all of it brand new in the box it came in. It was purchased in the past year and never even shot the first time. Like I said to the person above that thought it was crazy, if someone comes in on you and your family, you will have a chance to pop them dead on the spot and when you call 911 to let them know you have been invaded by a home invader, and have shot them, you know they are not going to get up. If someone ever were to have come in on me, I would not have been a bit afraid to shoot them dead on the spot with this weapon. I have complete confidence in this gun as it is a new one, not jamming. I also keep a .32 for backup and a .357 as well, so I think I'm covered pretty well if it comes to a home invasion which is the only time I would ever need to shoot to kill.
