I understand that everyone should eat right and exercise. I run or walk 4-5 miles every day. I keep my calories at 1200 per day. Up until 4 years ago I weighed 130 lbs. After a serious illness, I gained 20 lbs. And I now weigh 150. That may not be much for some people, but I'm 20 lbs. overweight. I'm totally excited about Zija! With diet and exercise, I am not, hear me, NOT, losing weight! Doctors can't figure it out! I've ran two 5k's & a half marathon since May 1, 2011. No weight loss! So, we can talk about saving money, but I'm ready to spend some on something besides medicine! When I get some weight off, I'll be able to run faster!

While ZIJA has some benefits to your health, it is fundementally a pyramid scene with financial benefits that 'trickle up' to the top through a network of distributors.
I've tried the product myself and it does indeed does what it says on the tin, as far as nutrition goes. As far as the weight loss effect, well, its definitely more of a placebo effect than anything else.
Everyone involved in 'pushing' this product aren't brainwashed per se like cults by the use of external stimulation such as seminars and marketing materials. ITS THE BELIEF IN THE PRODUCT THAT THEY THEMSELVES INJESTED INTO THEIR OWN BODY THAT KEEPS THEIR ENTIRE BEING ZIJA ORIENTATED, THEY BELIVE IN THE ZIJA-OUIJA LIKE ITS AN ENTITY INSIDE.

I think that the XM product is very effective when used as an enema.

Hater's gonna hate.. but I find that hater's usually don't care much about their health enough to do their own research. I did my research, prayed for a year, and now it has changed my life. Fifty pounds later and a little bit more financial stability is enough for me to believe. Thx Zija, and anyone who wants to join me on the beach soon, hit me up on my facebook and I'll take you with me. As for the hater's.. enjoy Kentucky.. I love it.. in the summers. As for the winters, I'm gonna try something different.

I'm drinking the mix for the nutrients. Also drinking the tea for removing toxins. I'm slowly losing weight, and can tell a big difference in energy and sleeping much better. It is good knowing you are taking 90 nutrients, and know it is making you healthy. I see no reason for you naysayers to be knocking the product.

FYI: A well known Zija leader from Kentucky who has lost over 100 lbs has now been diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. She has no history of this in her family. My question is this - could it be with long term use of the weight loss products ...this is the result? You and I both know we don't know what's really in these weight management products....what if? It is all over facebook and everyone in the churches are talking about this - look for yourselves!
