I feel like your toddlers Dr. could help with this. You could probably search on your computer, and find tips. I would say set your time, and stick to it every night. Read to him, and say a prayer with him. He will soon be saying a prayer, if he is not already. You and husband give him kisses, and say, "Good Night". It will take very few nights for him to do just fine. It could take some crying the first night or so. Might even have to go back in a night or two. Some toddlers are easier than others to get into the routine. Good Luck!

I have 13 month old twin girls. My husband & I let them take a nap around 3 in the afternoon each day but only for a hour. We wake them, or rather I do as he is still at work on some days, and give them dinner around 5:30pm. They take a warm bath with lotion and we turn the lights down, get it quiet in the room, give them a bottle ( although I realize this is frowned on @ this age but it wrks) they are both asleep within 30 minutes. They both have their blankets and glow worms. So far this has been a proven method w/ us. Good luck to you sweetie. I have four children so I know what being tired is all about.
