other deputies will be announced as hired.
Runyon will run the jail from his private mansion on Front Street at his master computer. Mr runyon is also gonna have the inmates wokring for him in his junkyard to produce productive citizenship. And is starting a new program where each inmate can learn a special trade! He will be teaching classes to the inmates in welding, carpentry, plumbing, electric, and automechanics. he will also have other on staff instructors hired to help teach classes. Mr runyon believes everyone can change if forced to. he believes in taking this jail and turning it into home. they will also be taught in agriculture. mr runyon has applied to sell liquor by the drink at the jail with their meal!
